Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings made with Paraacas Premium Tours (“the Company”). By reserving or participating in any tour, you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are confirmed only after full or partial payment is received.

• Prices are listed in USD and may vary depending on availability, season, and operational costs.

• Clients must provide accurate personal information when booking.

• Full payment is due 1 day before the tour to secure tickets, taxes and entrance fees.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Customer cancellations:

  • 48+ hours before the tour: Full refund.

  • 24–48 hours before the tour: 50% refund.

  • Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund.

• Company cancellations:
  If a tour is canceled due to weather, safety concerns, or operational issues, the client may choose between a full refund or rescheduling.

3. Itinerary Changes

• The Company reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety, local regulations, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed.

4. Safety & Responsibility

• All participants must follow tour guide instructions at all times.

• The Company is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety guidelines or from inherent risks of outdoor and marine activities.

• Alcohol or drug use before or during the tour is strictly prohibited.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Arrive at the meeting point on time. Late arrivals may result in loss of service without refund.

• Inform the Company of any medical conditions or mobility issues prior to booking.

• Carry valid identification and any necessary travel documents.

6. Personal Belongings

• The Company is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal items during the tour.

7. Weather Policy

• Tours may be delayed or suspended if weather conditions are unsafe. Decisions are made in coordination with local authorities and port officials.

8. Liability

• By participating in the tour, clients acknowledge and accept all inherent risks.

• The Company’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

9. Use of Images

• The Company may use photos or videos taken during the tour for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

10. Acceptance of Terms

Booking or participating in any tour signifies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
